Dabber Resist Technique, CC101 Challenge #2

Entry for CC101 Month Of May Challenge... This is our 2nd challenge for the group... Dabber Resist Technique

I used Distress Crackle for the challenge since I do not have any Paint Dabbers. I probably would have used this paint anyways because I love the look of crackle paint. I heat dried the paint to achieve the ultra fine crackle lines which are more delicate, at least for this image.  I then stained the tag using Broken China, Fired Brick and Mustard Seed, spritzed it with water a few times to blend, re-inked in some areas and spritzed water again, dabbing the color off the painted image. I then stamped the saying with Black Archival Ink. I used Vintage Photo to edge. I also used the same stains on the CTMH ribbon, and  added a few Oriental Charms to complete.

This is lovely. I am glad you did your own interpretation of the challenge. Now I have a new challenge, to create this look!
